How these articles are made

Every figure on this page comes from an official source: HM Land Registry, the Bank of England, the Office for National Statistics and the Ministry of Justice. We download the data ourselves, and our software looks for what has changed and what is new.

Most articles are then written with the help of AI. Before anything is published, an automated check compares every number in the article with the source figures and rejects anything that does not match. Pieces written by Reuben or the team carry their name.

We are a London property buyer, so these articles sit alongside our own services, and we say so. If you spot a mistake, email contact@rpjproperty.com and we will put it right.

Figures last checked 12 October 2026.
